Ans: Einstein’s conversations with his history teacher, his mathematics teacher and the head teacher reveal the inner nature of Einstein which was full of creativity and original ideas.
Einstein’s conversation with his history teacher reveals that he did not like the way of education in school. He thought that school education should teach ideas not facts. He didn’t see any point of learning dates, time, facts etc. by heart.

Ans: It is true that the school system curbs individual talents. It is because in school only facts are taught under institutional discipline. No amount of freedom is provided to the students to develop their genius in any special field of study. Students have to depend on memorizing the facts to pass the examination. But the creative genius does not like cramming. They like to learn ideas than learning facts. Einstein’s view was also the same. Einstein, in a conversation with his history teacher, said, “I think it’s not facts that matter, but ideas.” We see that in school Einstein was regarded as stupid. But later on, he became the greatest of all the physicists ever born on this earth.
Hence it is quite true to say that the school system curbs individual talents.
Q.3. How do you distinguish between ‘information gathering’ and insight information’?
Ans: The distinction between ‘information gathering’ and insight information’ is revealed in the conversation between Einstein and his history teacher. In school only gathering information is taught and the students are compelled to cram in this gathering information to pass the examination. The creative genius does not like to cram in the facts, dates, and time of events.
A student with creative genius likes to know ideas rather than facts. For example, Einstein said, “I think it’s not facts that matter, but ideas.” Insight information refers to the information of the creative mind. It is what comes out of one’s own creative thought. But in school, the insight information is ignored and consequently the creativity of many students is destroyed in the bud.
